Privacy Policy

GrindVault is built to be minimally invasive with respect to your personal data. Because the Platform operates on a public blockchain, most interactions are inherently public by design. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not collect.

We do not collect or store:

• Your name, email address, or any personally identifying information during normal Platform use.
• Government-issued ID or KYC documents.
• IP addresses tied to individual accounts.
• Cookies used for tracking or advertising purposes.

All transactions on the Solana blockchain — including challenge creation, escrow deposits, result submissions, and settlements — are recorded publicly and permanently on-chain. This includes your wallet address (public key), stake amounts, game names, and timestamps.

This data is inherent to how blockchains work and is not within our control to obscure or delete. Anyone can read this data through a Solana block explorer. Do not use this Platform if you require financial privacy.

During the alpha period, access to the Platform requires an invite code. If you requested an invite code and provided contact information (e.g. a Discord handle or email), that information is stored securely and is used only to manage alpha access. It is not shared with third parties and is not linked to your on-chain activity.

The Platform may interact with or rely on the following third-party services:

• Solana RPC providers — to read and submit on-chain transactions. Your wallet address and transaction data pass through these nodes.
• Solana wallet adapters — Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, etc. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

We do not use analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels.

Because we collect minimal off-chain data, there is little to retain. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted — this is a property of the Solana blockchain, not a policy choice. Any off-chain data collected for alpha access management will be deleted when the alpha period ends.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information through the Platform, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
